We want you to be delighted with your furniture. Once you have received your furniture and had it in your home for 24hrs or more, you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return it to us. If you decide to do this you will need to arrange the return yourself. The furniture will need to be returned in the original packaging or similar. We ask that you send us a Refunds and Returns request form via our website to let us know your plans. Refunds will be issued by cheque within 30 days of receipt of the returned furniture and after it has been inspected for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund if goods are returned damaged. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it. Our Money Back Guarantee applies only to our Standard Items. For any SPecial Finish Items returned, refunds will be subject to our 35% handling fee. Alternatively, customers returning these items may choose to take a full voucher refund.
