Pine furniture - The ultimate tree house

An architect in New Zealand has built himself a state-of-the-art treehouse.
Chris Tate designed and built the home in the boughs of giant trees in a forested Auckland suburb.
The retreat is made mostly of glass - and Mr Tate said that he liked the contrast with the surrounding nature.
As reported by the Telegraph, he commented: "Not all visitors get it, but they're all amazed, because I'm in the forest and yet there's this really clean, machine-edged building - all so precise, perfect, symmetrical - with the wildness contrasting against it.
"I prefer it at night when there's wonderful green light through the whole forest.
"Because there's so much glass and you're under the canopy of the forest, the light changes amazingly all day through the trees."
Mr Tate's furniture, including a chaise-longue, three-seater sofa and table, was mostly designed by fellow New Zealanders.
